Preworkout Berry Smoothie


Recipe:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 scoop Pineapple Mango ErgoPre pre-workout
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Instructions:
1. Add ice!
2. Blend!
3. Enjoy!
Serves 1.


Post workout ErgoCRE smoothie


Recipe:
1 scoop ErgoCre lemon lime
½ cup kiwi
½ cup pineapple
1 banana
1 cup coconut milk
Instructions:
1. Add ice! 2. Blend! 3. Enjoy!

Vegan Friendly Postworkout Martini!


Recipe:
1 scoop of your favourite fermented ErgoBCAA flavour
0 Calorie Soda
Optional Fruit Garnish
Instructions:
1. Pour into a martini glass about halfway!
2. Fill the rest of the glass with a zero calorie soda!
3. Enjoy!
Serves 1.


Vegan Friendly Postworkout Martini!


Recipe:
250ml water
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Ice
1 scoop Blackberry Lemonade ErgoBCAA
Instructions:
1. Add 1 scoop BCAAs to 250ml of water.
2. Add the fresh juice from 1/2 a lemon.
2. Pour into shaker with ice and shake.
3. Pour into a martini glass and enjoy!
Serves 1.


ErgoPre Ice Cream!


Recipe:
½ cup frozen mango
½ cup frozen pineapple
1 scoop Pineapple Mango ErgoPre
1 can Canned Lite Coconut Milk
Instructions:
1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and pour into pan.
2. Freeze 2-3 hours until solid, then blend until soft. If mixture is too runny to scoop, freeze for another 10-15 minutes.
3. Enjoy!
Serves 1.


ErgoPre Pineapple-Mango Energy Bowl!


Recipe:
1 cup frozen mango
1 scoop Pineapple Mango ErgoPre
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
Instructions:
1. Blend until thick & creamy.
2. Enjoy!
